Disassembly and Assembly Procedure for Z80 Weed Guard and Propeller:

Use a pry bar tool to pry up the latches on both sides upward respectively, then pull the snap-on cap outward simultaneously. Take care to prevent thrusters from dropping, as impact may damage the motor.

The propeller mounting screws are cross recessed countersunk head screws. Use a PH1 screwdriver for disassembly and assembly; the specified torque for the screws is 0.7 Nm.

No tools are required to install the rear weed guard. Firmly press one end into place first, then press the other end.

After both ends are clipped into position, press the four surrounding latches fully into place.

When removing the rear weed guard, pull the surrounding latches toward the center to disengage the four latches from their slots first, then take out the entire guard.

When installing the front weed guard, first press the single side at the notch.

Then press all latches into place one by one.

Finally press the other side of the notch, and gently spread outward while pushing down.
Disassembly and Assembly Procedure for Z60 Weed Guard and Propeller:

Tools are required for disassembling and assembling the Z60 weed guard. First, unscrew the three cross-head screws on the side with a PH2 screwdriver. These three side screws are self-tapping screws. Over-tightening will strip the threads, and frequent disassembly is not recommended.

After removing the three screws, the duct can be taken off. The propellers of Z60 are secured by two cross-recessed countersunk head screws; use a PH1 screwdriver for disassembly, with a specified screw torque of 0.7 Nm. Note that no screws need to be fitted in the two VENT ports.

After removing the propeller, slide the guard over the end of the motor and clip it into position.

For the rear weed guard, first remove the cap with a PH2 cross-head screwdriver. Self-tapping screws are used here; take care not to over-tighten them.

After removing the cap, replace it with the rear weed guard and fasten the screws.

When refitting the propellers, do not press the propeller vanes as they may break easily.

Refit the duct and fasten the three side screws.
