Description
This external USB camera designed for underwater use with automatic focusing. The exterior is made of full aluminum alloy without screws, and the lens is constructed with industrial tempered glass. The front end can accommodate a 25mm standard filter. The standard version has a bare wire at the tail, and the cable end needs waterproof treatment, such as using Cable Penetrator. For versions with cable penetrators at the cable end, there is an M10 cable penetrator included, which can be directly screwed onto the watertight enclosure end cap without additional processing.

Guides
Testing Method:
Insert the temporary USB plug at the end of the product cable into the computer's USB port, open the computer's camera software, and select the camera to view the image.
*Note: The USB interface at the end is only for quick testing. Depending on the actual wiring, the bare-wire version of the tail plug is not waterproof. It is necessary to use cable penetrators or waterproof connectors for the connection.
FAQ
● Will loosening the gland nut on the cable penetrators at the tail affect waterproofing?
Yes, it will affect it. Do not loosen the gland nut; special tools are required for installing the gland nut.
● What is the size of the filter installed on the front? What color is generally used?
For regular lenses, a 25mm standard colored filter is sufficient. Underwater cameras typically use a red-colored filter for color restoration.
● For the bare wire version at the tail, how should waterproofing be handled after wiring?
Use cable penetrators for wiring or press it into a waterproof connector plug.
● The cable length is too short.
You can connect an extension cable for line-to-line extension, but it should not be excessively long as this camera uses a USB interface.
● Can I see the image directly in QGC when connecting to a Raspberry Pi with Ardusub?
It is not directly compatible with Ardusub; you can use software like OBS to view the video stream.
● How to connect multiple cameras?
You can use a USB HUB in conjunction with OBS to connect multiple cameras.
● Can the microphone pick up underwater sounds?
The microphone is internal and filled with thermally conductive gel, so the microphone's effect is minimal and can be ignored.
● Is the size the same as Underwater Light?
Yes.
