They deliver identical performance after installation while offering enhanced structural strength. Finished with hard anodizing, these propellers feature thin edges that are prone to bending and curling.
They are widely deployed in harsh environments such as sandy and silty waters. Nevertheless, aluminum propellers are not indestructible; impacts with foreign objects can lead to permanent irreparable damage, and abrasive sediment-laden conditions may also harm the thruster unit itself.
Aluminum propellers are susceptible to corrosion, so they must be rinsed with fresh water after every use.
