M8-M10 Bulkhead Wrench

Description

The M8-M10 bulkhead wrench is specifically designed for the installation and removal of M10 and M8 bulkhead fittings in the SUBLAB series. Made of stainless steel with a double-end design, it enables the disassembly and assembly of bulkhead fittings in compact installation scenarios. Both ends feature cable slots, allowing operation on fittings with pre-attached cables.
Pay attention to the torque range during use. It has been verified that as long as the wrench socket does not deform, the required installation torque for the bulkhead fittings can be achieved. If slight deformation of the socket occurs, the tightening torque should be reduced.
Note that some fittings may only be partially compatible. For example, when installing a female plug connector, the male cable socket or male dummy plug must be removed; when installing a cable gland penetrator, the wrench may not reach the bottom hex portion.

FAQ

● Why does the opening widen, deform, or slip off when it is forcefully twisted?
Avoid over-tightening. Within the torque range that does not cause deformation, the installation torque requirements for the bulkhead accessories can already be met. If the wrench has already deformed, you may attempt to pinch it back into shape to restore it.
●  What is the minimum recommended installation spacing?
As shown in the figure, the minimum distance between the outer diameters of the bottom of the bulkhead components should be ≥ 0.6 to allow the wrench to be inserted smoothly and fit properly. However, be aware that concentricity tolerances during through-hole mounting can affect the actual spacing. For example, installing an M10 screw into a 10.1mm hole creates a radial clearance of about 0.1mm, which may alter the center distance.
● What is the function of the four round holes?
The holes are for passing through the screw and nut to form the wrench handle.
● Is this wrench compatible with a torque wrench?
No, this version does not support torque wrench adaptation.
