Description
The testing tube is an auxiliary tool for pressure testing bulkhead components. Functionally equivalent to a transparent watertight enclosure, it allows independent testing and visual inspection for seal leakage of test specimens.
Fabricated from solid transparent acrylic as a single piece, it withstands 10 MPa hydrostatic pressure, equivalent to a 1,000-meter water depth rating. It is available in long and short versions with multiple thread options. The short version improves chamber space efficiency during batch pressure testing, while the long version provides more space for cable harness accommodation.
For operation: select the matching thread size, mount test samples or blanking plugs on both ends, then place the entire assembly inside the water pressure test chamber. After testing, retrieve testing tubes and check for water ingress inside.
This item is a consumable component. With frequent disassembly and testing, inspect the sealing faces for smoothness and the whole body for cracks to confirm reusability. Contact with alcohol and alcohol derivatives is strictly prohibited, as these chemicals will cause material cracking.

● How many times can it be reused?
It can generally withstand one year of service or 50 rated depth cycles. Disassembly and reassembly will cause wear on the end face each time, so its service life shall be subject to actual testing. Continued usability can be determined by checking for cracks.
